The lower ground floor consists of a large, modern kitchen and dining area with plenty seating for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay – there’s an oven and 6 burner hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TOSHIBA microwave, kettle and toaster. There’s also a wall mounted 42” Smart TV if you want to keep the children entertained.

The living room on the ground floor is a great place to sit back, relax and put your feet up. With a large ‘U’ shaped sofa it’s great to snuggle up and watch your favourite show or a movie on the 42” Smart LCD TV.
Bedroom One

Just off the lounge is Bedroom One which has a double bed, that can be set up as 2 singles. Please request your preferred sleeping arrangement in advance of your arrival.
First floor
Bedroom Two
2 bunk beds (single on top, double at the bottom) sleeps 6
On the first floor you’ll find two further bedrooms – each designed to have a distinctive look and feel. Bedroom Two oozes opulence and has 2 sets of bunkbeds – both with doubles on the bottom and singles on top and features a vanity mirror with seating for 3 guests. There’s also a luxurious ensuite bathroom which has a sleek finish and walk-in shower.

Bedroom Three, with neutral tones and floral finishes, has a spacious king sized bed and set of single bunkbeds, there’s ample storage for all your clothes and belongings too.

Bedroom Four has a king sized bed and a set of single bunkbeds.
Located just off the hall is one of two modern family bathrooms one features a double walk-in shower and the other adjacent to this is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with bath.
Third floor
Bedroom Five
1 King or 2 singles, 1 single bed, sleeps 3
On the third and final floor is Bedroom Five with a king sized bed and a single bed. With dual aspect windows the room is flooded with natural light.
Things to do and see in Brighton
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or antiques shop before heading down to the seafront. The house is pebbles throw from Brighton Pier
Just a short walk to the city centre and seconds from seafront, it is a wonderful location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it’s amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
